Couple That Ran Daycare Center In Bayville Indicted On Criminal Mischief And Theft Charges

An Ocean County grand jury recently indicted a local couple in connection with a January 2012 incident when they moved their Bayville daycare center to another location. Charles and Denise Wolf were each indicted on one count of third-degree theft and one count of criminal mischief, according to the indictment. The couple "...purposely and knowingly did damage the tangible property of John Paipakis, causing pecuniary loss in excess of $2,000...according to the indictment. The theft charge in the indictment states the two took fixtures and flooring worth over $500. The couple was originally accused of causing $10,000 worth of damage to the unit at 950 Route 9 - where they ran Tomorrow's Future - and stealing $10,000 worth of items, …
