My elderly mother and ailing brother were both treated in this hospital, the doctors are atrocious, the aids rude and the technician even worst! I would not (voluntarily) go back to this hospital.
No stars. Took my elderly neighbor there when she had a heart prob. Doctor had her sit on his wheeled stool - she fell of and broke her wrist. Bedside manner atrocious - so bad, I thought he was teasing her - but he wasn't! Okay for maternity, but DON'T take your elderly relatives there.
The ER, the largest in the state, is very efficient, quick and attentive. Not one problem ever with kids, family, young or old. Some of the stories seem to be, well just that, stories. Our physicians were always good. And the physician makes all the care decisions. Get a good doctor, and you are fine.
My father went in this hosp. for a blocked artery in his leg. He had to stay an additional week because they left the intravenous in his arm for days and he developed an infection that had to be lanced. His arm was red and blown up because the whole weekend went by without a Dr. coming to check on him. They leave you in the room for hours without checking on you and getting you the help you really need. This place is way understaffed. A real scary situation for our family. Never again!!
My mother has been treated in the Citta Cancer Center in CMC, twice over the last few years. The care she received there was absolutely top-notch.
The nurses were friendly, caring, personable, and dedicated. Chemo treatments are grueling and exhausting experiences, but they do their best to make patients feel important, comfortable and cared for.
My mother beat her cancer both times, and it was in large part due to the care she got from the wonderful people there at CMC Citta Cancer Center. Thank you!
I have been taken to Community Hospital on more than 4 occasions, once in serious condition. I must say that I was treated extremely well and with great care. On more than one occasion I expericed cardiac arrest and was given immediate response and followed up with the utmost care from many MD's I was monitored regularly until my situation was resolved. Doctors, Nurses and staff took extrodinary care of me from my admissions in the ER until my discharge long after....

. Quite honestly, I was treated on two occasions at this center, One for a skin infection in March of 2012. A second for a very serious respiratory failure in May of 2012. . The successful care which I received was from compassionate, dedicated and skilled doctors nurses, ER personnel and reception staff, whom to all I express my sincere gratitude.
