Central Regional, Berkeley To Close Both Monday And Tuesday

Storm approaching Jersey Coast on Monday

Both the Central Regional and Berkeley Township school districts will be closed on Monday and Tuesday in advance of Hurricane Sandy.

The messages are posted on both district websites.

St. Barnabas R.C. Church and office in Bayville will also be closed both days, according to the church's website.

Berkeley Patch will publish more information as soon as it becomes available.

This is absolutely crazy. The school is inland for starters and secondly this area has been downgraded to a storm not one of a hurricane.
Just who is making this decisions that waste more money and provide our kids with even less of an education they get now.

foggyworld you must feel like a real idiot about know obviously the people making the descisons know what there doing but i guess you wont give them the credit for it which tells me your comments are prob politicaly motivated but ill save this one to remind everyone when you make future comments

You stood right outside the doors and tried to talk to voters also, you did this at all the polling places. You had 3 challengers to 1 republican challenger at the polls, so how could all that you say get done. Why didn't they call the election board? Come on Fran, just admit the people DO REMEMBER and that is why you lost.
