The response to our “THANK YOU” event for our communities’
first responders, township workers and other dedicated ‘storm warriors’ has
been outstanding & well received. We have a day long event of football,
food & fun set for this Sunday December 2 from 12:30- 6pm at the Moorage
Baseball complex. We will have extra big screen HD TVS courtesy of Appliance
Gallery for all the football action, Ping pong tables and games for the kids,
Wii video games on the giant screen and lots more set up to keep the kids busy.
Dr. Mark Lynch from VIP Chiropractic will be helping to soothe the aching
muscles of the tired workers with FREE massages from 12:30 to 2:30. There will
be free food courtesy of the many restaurants and donors listed below, with lots
of home cooked specialties from a grateful community. The event will be
presented by the dedicated volunteers of Berkeley Little League with assistance
from Mayor Amato, the Berkeley Township Council & administration and other elected officials.
We are still accepting donations of food of all types.
Snacks, breads, drinks, deserts and dishes are all greatly appreciated as well
as check or gift card donations. This event is completely funded by donations,
no tax dollars will be used. Any excess funds will be donated back to storm relief
efforts.
