Thursday - Berkeley-Lacey Relay for Life Kickoff, 7 p.m., Central Regional Middle School, Forest Hills Parkway, Bayville.

Wednesday - American Girl Mardi Gras Fairy Ball - 6:30 p.m, Berkeley branch of the Ocean County Library at 30 Station Road, Bayville. Bring your favorite doll, have a party snack and meet Celine and Marie Grace, the new American Girl dolls from New Orleans. Ages 6-12. Sponsored by the Friends of the Berkeley Library.
