Whiting Man Missing Since Wednesday, Police Ask For Public's Help
Missing man's cell phone found at Toms River bus station
Manchester Township police have issued a missing persons alert for a Whiting man last seen at 5 p.m. on April 2 at his Whiting home.
Gary Leroy Bason, 65, iGary Bason-65. Last seen Wed. April 02 at 5pm in Whiting. Poss destination Atl. City, NJ.
Gary Leroy Bason, age 65, uses a walker and carries a can. He is a white male, roughly 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs between 180 to 220 pounds, police said.
Bason's cell phone was later located at the Toms River Bus Depot.
"His possible destination is Atlantic City, but this information is unconfirmed," according to the alert.
Anyone with information about Bason's whereabouts should call the Manchester Township Police Department at 732-657-6111.
