Toms River Woman Indicted on Berkeley Assault, Weapon Charges
Bayville man facing burglary, car theft charges
A Toms River woman was indicted recently for an alleged assault with a knife in Berkeley earlier this year.
Debra L. Taylor was indicted by an Ocean County grand jury for allegedly threatening a woman with a knife and fleeing police May 14 in the township.
Taylor assaulted another woman with a knife and later didn't heed Berkeley Detective Joseph Robertazzi's order to pull her car over, the indictment states.

Taylor was charged with aggravated assault, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a weapon and eluding.
The Toms River woman is still being held in Ocean County Jail on $75,000 bail.

- Grand jurors also indicted Samuel J. Oliverio of Bayville on home burglary and car theft charges.
An indictment states Oliverio broke into a McKinley Avenue home sometime from April 21 to April 22.
During the same time period, Oliverio also took a 2011 Hyundai Tuscan without the consent of the owner, the indictment states.
Oliverio initially was held on $10,000 bail but posted April 28.
