Berkeley police recently arrested a Toms River woman on drug charges after they spotted her driving on Route 9 in Bayville without headlights, Police Chief Karin T. DiMichele said.
When police stopped the car near Hickory Lane on Dec. 4, they found Robyn Ricciutti in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, the chief said.
She was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia, operating a vehicle with a controlled dangerous substance in it and driving with no headlights, DiMichele said.
She was processed and released on a summons, pending a future court date, the chief said.
