Ocean County Sheriff's Department Announces April Arrests

Berkeley man arrested for delinquent child support

 

A Bayville man was among those arrested by Ocean County Sheriff's Department officers in April, according to a list released by the department today.

Charles Wason, 30, Riverside Road, was arrested on April 1 by detectives on an Ocean County Superior Court Warrant for failure to pay child support in the amount of $5,264. Wason was processed, paid a reduced amount with the approval of the Ocean County Probation Dept., and subsequently released.

Other area arrests include:

Tracy L. Lloyd, age 33, Beach Avenue, Beachwood, was arrested by detectives on April 25 on an Ocean County Superior Court warrant for failure to pay child support in the amount of $5,391. Lloyd was processed and released after paying a reduced purge approved by the Ocean County Probation Department.

The other area arrests all took place in Seaside Heights:

Kenneth Gibson, 24, Sheridan Avenue, was charged with being a fugitive from justice from Baltimore County, Delaware on April 3. He faces charges of failing to appear on original charges of second degree assault and disorderly conduct. Gibson was lodged in the Ocean County Jail in Toms River, pending extradition back to Delaware.

Dominick Ascoli, 50, Sumner Avenue, was arrested by sheriff's detectives and Sgt. John Adams on April 16 on an Ocean County Superior Court warrant for failure to pay child support in the amount of $23,594. Ascoli was processed and lodged in the Ocean County Jail in Toms River, pending a first appearance.

Andre N. St. Louis, 26, Sumner Avenue, was arrested on April 17 by detectives on an Ocean County Superior Court warrant for failure to pay child support in the amount of $1,590. St. Louis was processed and lodged in the Ocean County Jail in Toms River, pending a first appearance.

Bonita White, 41, Franklin Avenue,  was arrested on April 26 by Sheriff’s Detectives/Deputy U.S. Marshals Robert Trainor and Timothy Duffy on a Monmouth County Superior Court warrant for failure to appear for a pre- arraignment interview on charges of shoplifting. White was processed and lodged in the Ocean County Jail in Toms River in lieu of $10,000 bail.
