Seaside Heights Investigating Two Stabbings Early Sunday Morning, Report Says

Two men stabbed each other early Sunday morning after a verbal argument that started on Lincoln and Barnegat avenues turned violent when the two met again a short time later on Franklin Avenue, police said, according to an article in the Asbury Park Press.

Police responded at 1:16 a.m. to a 911 call for a man who had suffered multiple injuries and was bleeding heavily, said Police Detective Steve Korman. Officers found a 26-year-old Lakewood man with two stab wounds to his left hand and three stab wounds around his right shoulder, Korman said.
