Seaside Heights Burglar Goes To State Prison For Four Years

A 55-year-old Seaside Heights man was sentenced Friday to four years in state prison because of a burglary, according to the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office.

On Friday, Michael Rabucha was sentenced to four years in New Jersey State Prison for a residential burglary that took place in Seaside Heights.

Rabucha was arrested on Sept. 10, 2012 and subsequently pleaded guilty to the charge. The case was prosecuted by Supervising Assistant Prosecutor Michelle Armstrong.
