Police Chief Karin T. DiMichele has released a description of the suspect wanted in the armed robbery of Jersey Mike's on Friday.
The man is white, wearing all black clothing and a ski mask. He is roughly 140 pounds, five feet, six inches tall, the chief said.
The man walked into the restaurant in the Baywick Plaze late Friday afternoon and demanded money at gunpoint. He got away with $300 and at first fled on foot. Police are trying to confirm if he later obtained a bike during his escape, DiMichele said.
None of the employees were injured and no customers were in the store during the incident.
