Police Charge Bayville Man With Drunk Driving


Berkeley police recently arrested a Bayville man for drunk driving after a motor vehicle stop on Bayview Avenue, Police Chief Karin T. DiMichele said.

Patrolman Robert Ashton stopped David Zembizuski, 35, at 1:40 a.m. on April 25. He determined the driver was operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, the chief said.

Zembizuski was arrested and transported to police headquarters for processing. He  was later released on a summons in accordance with John’s Law.
