Ocean County Grand Jury Indicts Township Residents
Indictments stem from two separate incidents
Two Bayville residents are facing robbery and aggravated assault charges stemming from a Jan. 25 incident in Berkeley Township.
An Ocean County grand jury recently indicted Kenneth Wilson, 45, and Rosanne T. Diglio, 53, both of Frederick Drive. They are accusedof robbing Woodrow Davison and assaulting Roxanne Tiano. Both are being held in the Ocean County Jail in Toms River; Wilson in lieu of $75,000 bail, Diglio in lieu of $35,000 bail.

Joseph L. McCall, 25, and Lauren T. McCall, 30, both of Ardmore Avenue, South Toms River, obstructing an investigation by Berkeley Patrolman Robert Flanegan on Nov. 15 in Berkeley Township. Joseph McCall is accused of resisting efforts by a Toms River officer to arrest him and with breaking into a car owned by Sheyenne Tormey on the same day. Lauren McCall is charged with an aggravated assault on Flanegan and resisting his attempt to arrest her, according to the indictment.
