Ocean County Grand Jury Indicts a Number of Township Residents
Charges include eluding police officer, theft, forgery and drug possession in separate indictments
An Ocean County grand jury has indicted a Bayville man with eluding a police officer in Berkeley Township.
Michael J. McCord, 31, of Anchorage Boulevard, is accused of attempting to flee from a Berkeley patrolman on May 19. He is free on $25,000 bail.
Two men are accused of stealing motorcycles and tools from a Berkeley Township man during four and a half months late last year and early this year.

Benjamin R. Bogus, 26, of McKinley Avenue, Bayville, and Sean D. Belajonas, 37, of Lighthouse Drive, Manahawkin, are accused of taking a leafblower and power tools, a 2003 Kawasaki ATV, and a 2000 KTM motorcycle between Oct. 31 and March 16.
Bogus is also accused of having cocaine and Oxycodone on March 16 in Berkeley Township. The charges are included in an indictment against the duo returned by an Ocean County grand jury.

The panel also indicted:
Jason Foley, 21, of Bittern Lane, Bayville, and Paige Meyers, address unknown, for stealing more than $500 from Patricia Meyers by forging checks at TD bank branches in Berkeley and Toms River between Jan. 16 and Jan. 28. Foley is accused of the actual forgeries.
Stacey A. Forte, 33, of North Island Road, Bayville, for having cocaine, heroin and Oxycodone April 2 in Berkeley Township.
