A Monmouth County Grand Jury recently indicted a Bayville man on possession of heroin and receiving stolen property charges.
Timothy A. Dennis, 27, Buckley Lane, was co-indicted with Travis J. Regg, 30, Jackson, on the receiving stolen property charges, according to the indictment.
Both arrests took place on Dec. 13, 2013 in Howell Township. Only Dennis was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance. Both men received an iPad, silver chinaware and/or a watch, knowing the items were stolen or believing the items to be stolen, according to the indictment.
