Lanoka Harbor Man Indicted for Thefts From Good Luck Point Marina in Berkeley
Other area residents face drug charges
A Lanoka Harbor man is accused of stealing an outboard motor stand and zinc tabs used on boat hulls from a Berkeley Township marina in May.
James M. Crimmins, 39, of Birch Road, is charged by an Ocean County grand jury with stealing the lift and tables from the Good Luck Point Marina on the bay in Berkeley Township on May 16.

Joseph Ciccone III, 23, of Ocean Gate Avenue, Ocean Gate, for receiving a stolen Chevrolet truck transmission in South Toms River on May 5.
Lindsey A. Stecz, 23, of Grand Concourse, Bayville, and Matthew E. Forcier, 24,, of Route 37 West, Toms River, for having and distributing marijuana in Seaside Heights on Feb. 22.

Kevin J. Russell, 26, of Pheasant Drive, Bayville, for having Oxycodone and a knife in Berkeley Township on Jan. 18 and planning to distribute the drug.
Dana R. O’Hagan, 25, of West Chelsea Avenue, Ocean Gate, for having Alprazolam in Toms River on March 16.
