"It's just a sad, sad, tragic accident," Galanos said.

Galanos described the morning as hectic with a lot of commotion and activity from emergency services personnel and the state police.

Emergency services filled Camden Court as they searched for Figlo, Galanos said. A State Police boat discovered the body and pulled Figlo out of the lagoon. Police then identified the body and returned to Camden Court, Galanos said.

The Ocean County Sheriff's Criminal Investigation Unit, the Prosecutor's Office and the Medical Examiner's Office also responded to the scene.

No foul play is suspected, Mohel said.
