Good Luck Drive House Fire Has Been Ruled Accidental, Police Chief Says
Blaze over the weekend apparently started by cigarette
One man was injured in a recent fire at 40 Good Luck Drive in the Bayville section of the township that was apparently started by a cigarette in a mattress, Police Chief Karin T. DiMichele said.
Authorities were notified of the blaze at 8:24 p.m. on Sunday, when someone walking in the area saw "black smoke" pouring the home, the chief said.

Steven Navarro, 44, an occupant in the house, had burns on his ankle, DiMichele said.
"It started in a bedroom mattress," she said. "The burn pattern resembled cigarette burns. No one else was inside the residence at the time of the incident."
