Ocean County grand jury indictments for Toms River

 

Two Bayville men were among those recently indicted by Ocean County grand juries.

• Joseph Earley, 51, of Berkeley on aggravated assault, terroristic threat and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose charges.

Earley was arrested Nov. 13 and accused of using a knife to attempt to cause "bodily injury" to a Toms River man, who he also threatened to kill, the indictment states.

He is being held in the Ocean County Jail on $20,000 bail, with no 10 percent option.

• Talmadge Foster, 43, of Bayville on a shoplifting charge.

Foster was arrested Jan. 10 at Kohl's in Toms River and accused of stealing a vacuum worth more than $500. 

Foster was released on a summons.

• Raymond C. Wydra III, 33 of Toms River on drug charges.

Wydra was indicted on three counts of possession for allegedly possessing testosterone, suboxone and heroin when arrested Nov. 11, the indictment states.

He was released on a summons.

• Brian C. Vaughn, 36, of Jackson on charges accusing him of obtaining oxycodone by fraud.

Vaughn was arrested Nov. 6 and charged with forging a prescription for the drug. He was initially held on $10,000 bail but posted Nov. 6.
