Police Attempt To Identify Ocean County Burglary Suspect: Have You Seen Him?

Police are looking for a suspect who burglarized a home on Sky Manor Boulevard in Brick Tuesday.

Officers responded to an address in the 200 block of Sky Manor Blvd for a report of a burglary. On location, the resident advised that an unknown subject entered the residence through a ground-floor bedroom window, police said. 

It appears that the suspect may have known one of the home;s occupants.  The suspect stated his name was “Dave,” and he was at the residence to drop off money to the female’s father, police said.

After being confronted by the female, the suspect exited the residence by using the front door.

The suspect is described as a white male, approx. 40 years old, approx. 5-08 to 5-11, approx. 140lbs, with a thin mustache.  The subject was described as wearing blue jeans, a green light weight jacket, and an unknown color baseball cap. 

The male was operating a large, dark blue, four door, pickup truck.  The subject left the area heading south on Sky Manor Blvd.  Please see the attached composite sketch.

This incident is being investigated by Detective Brian Farnkopf, and Detective Michael Bevacqua of the Brick Township Police Detective Bureau.  Anyone who believes that they may recognize the subject in the sketch is asked to contact Detective Farnkopf at 732-262-
