Berkeley Police Make Narcan Save



Berkeley police prevented another overdose death when they responded to a Route 9 address  at 9:10 p.m. on June 10, Police Chief Karin T. DiMichele said.

Patrolmen Patrick Stesner and D.J. Williams responded to a Rt 9 address for a report of an opiate overdose.  When they arrived, first aid and NARCAN was administered, the chief said.

The victim regained consciousness and refused further medical treatment, DiMichele said.
