Berkeley Police Charge Lacey Man With Drunk Driving

A Lacey Township man was arrested recently and charged with driving while under the influence after a motor vehicle stop on Veterans Boulevard, Police Chief Karin T. DiMichele said.

Patrolmen Jonathan Mulvihill and Christoper Elliot and Sgt. James Smith responded to the call on Dec. 3. After an investigation, they determined that Brian Taylor, 59, was under the influence of alcohol, the chief said.

Taylor was arrested, taken to police headquarters and processed. He was also charged with careless driving and reckless driving, DiMichele said.
