Bayville Woman Accused of Stalking Resident

Grand juries hand up indictments

A Bayville woman is accused of repeatedly stalking a Berkeley Township resident.

Beverly T. Finn of Bayville was arrested and released from custody on $7,500 bail on April 20 for allegedly stalking a Berkeley woman, according to an indictment handed up Wednesday by an Ocean County grand jury.

After making bail, Finn violated bail terms by contacting her alleged victim, the indictment states.

She was charged with third-degree stalking and fourth-degree of contempt.

Finn is again free on bail and is forbidden from any contact with her alleged victim.

Grand juries also indicted: 

  • Marguerit Innarella of Montclair on a dealing in stolen property charge.

Innarella is accused of selling jewelry in Toms River, Berkeley, Beachwood, Verona and Caldwell from Oct. 15, 2011, to Feb. 23, 2012, that she allegedly stole from family members.

She was released on a summons.

  • Stephanie A. Saunders of Mechanicsville, Va., on drug charges.

Saunders was arrested Oct. 28 in Berkeley and accusing of possessing heroin as well as suboxone with intent to distribute.

She was charged with two counts of possession and one count of possession with intent to distribute and released on a summons.
