Bayville Residents Indicted on Cocaine-Related Charges

Incidents occurred in Lacey Township last Oct. 8, according to indictments

An Ocean County Grand Jury has indicted five Bayville residents and two Lanoka Harbor residents on a variety of cocaine-related drug charges on Oct. 8. in Lacey Township.

Carl E. Davis, 31, and Raymond K. Dickerson Jr., 40, both of Jacqueline Court, Lanoka Harbor, and Jason Demko, 32, Eisenhower Boulevard, Bayville, are charged with possession of cocaine and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.

Davis is also accused of distributing the drug twice on Oct. 2.

Also charged with possession of cocaine were Bayville residents Brendan Marr, 28,  Western Boulevard; Alphonse Stallings, 20, Pine Tree Drive; Karissa A. Fleming, 21, Princeton Avenue; and Jill Hernandez, 35, Wheaton Drive

Hernandez is also accused of having oxycodone on Oct. 8 in Lacey Township.

In other indictments, two North Jersey women are accused of forging checks and theft by deception last summer in Berkeley Township.

The grand jury indicted Tashira White, 30, of East Orange, for forging a $3,218 check drawn on the account of Greco Brothers of New Jersey Inc., and passing it at a Commerce Bank branch on June 30. Keisha Richardson, 27, of Montclair, is charged with forging a $3,297 check drawn on the same account and passing it at a Commerce Bank branch on July 2 in Berkeley Township, according to the indictment.
Both women are lodged in the Essex County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail.

Emmanuel C. Munoz, 26, Hazelwood Drive, Toms River,
was indicted on a charge of possession of a knife for unlawful purposes on Feb. 28 in Ocean Gate.
