Bayville Pair Arrested For Having Pot And Pills In Vehicle

Two Bayville residents were charged Tuesday with having pot and pills in his car, police said.

According to police:

On March 4th 2014 at 8:30 PM Ptl. Patrick Stesner and Ptl. Taylor Butler investigated a report of a suspicious vehicle in the area of Lawrence Ave and Grove Street.

Further investigation reveled that the occupants of the vehicle, identified as Kyle Bedell 24 of Bayville and Jamie Salazar 18 also of Bayville were both in possession of a quantity of illegal drugs to include marijuana and prescription pills.  

As a result both subjects were arrested and transported to police H.Q. for processing. Bedell and Salazar were later released on a summons pending a future court date.
