Bayville Man Charged After He Was Found With Being Disorderly At Wawa

A Bayville man was charged after he was found with being disorderly at Wawa, police said.

On June 5 2014 at 2:30 a.m., Ptl. David Moody and Ptl. Robert Ashton responded to the Wawa on Rt 9 and Sylvan Lakes Blvd for a report of a disorderly subject. Upon their arrival they encountered a male, identified as Nicholas Generally, 23, of Bayville.

Further investigation revealed that Generally had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. As a result, Generally was arrested and transported to police H.Q. where he was processed and later posted bail.
