A Bayville man has a date in Neptune Municipal Court after he was charged with eluding Neptune police on June 7.

Michael J. McCord, 24, Anchorage Avenue, Bayville, was arrested by Sgt. James Isacson after McCord failed to respond to a signal to pull over and bring his car to a full stop, according to the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office.

He's 34 BTW. Any knowledge as to why he did this? Drugs? Suspended license? Hopefully they won't let him slide AGAIN.
