Members of the Prosecutor's Office's Special Operations Group and the Berkeley Township and South Toms River police departments obtained a search warrant and raided the home on June 23, Ocean County Prosecutor Marlene Lynch Ford said.

They seized approximately 70 grams of cocaine, marijuana, $769 in cash, assorted drug paraphernalia associated with the production and distribution of CDS, including a digital scale, packaging materials for CDS and materials used to manufacture and produce crack cocaine, Ford said.

When law enforcement authorities entered the residence, they found the two men in the process of manufacturing crack cocaine. Clark attempted to flee the home on foot, but was apprehended after a short chase, Ford said.
