18-Year-Old Arrested In Berkeley For Arregedly Having 'Gravity' Knife

An 18-year-old man was arrested recently after Berkeley police allegedly found him to have a "gravity-type" knife.

On Jan. 25 at 9 p.m., Ptl. Foca responded to the area of Rt 9 and Station Rd for a report of intoxicated subjects who were walking in the street.

One of the subjects, identified as Hector Ceballos, 18, was found to be in possession of a gravity-type knife.

Ceballos was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of a weapon. Ceballos was transported to H.Q. processed and released on a summons.  The Ocean Gate Police assisted.
