What was the Mayor of Berkeley thinking when he approved Thursday's LATE NIGHT robo-calls to residents of Berkeley (specifically Holiday City) warning them of frigid temps and snow? I got the call at nearly 9:30 PM... not TOO bad, but my parents (in their 80's and 90s) got their call at almost 10:45!! Scared the crap out of them to have the phone ring so late.... WTH?
