DEAD PETS BURIED.

Dead animals buried behind DPW garage in Bayville!! A horse, dogs, your household pets, raccoons and the list goes on! EPA, NJSPCA DEPT OF HEALTH have all been alerted.  These animals are not being discarded properly and some , most have been euthanized by a bullet to the head!!
