Community Update

The article about the additional Elevation Assistance which claims there is no income restrictions, are there restrictions on your home being a second residence? We have our home since 1992 and have been going there faithfully every weekend and extended weekends for 20 years. this is our home and we don't consider it just a summer place. Are we going to be totally excluded from these funds, I filed a Elevation Certificate with the Stafford Township and was told it will probably be only for primary residence. We had no flood insurance and had suffered massive to our home, we are in the process of rebuilding and want to retire to this house, will there be any help on elevation for us folks? We definitely want to raise our home so hopefully never to have to witness this again.  Please advise any Elevation Assistance to us folks.
