James Glen Fisher Of Bayville Dies At 69

AGE: 69 • Bayville

James Glen Fisher Sr., 69, of Bayville, was born in Dr. Russo's office in Toms River on October 2, 1944 and is now on his beautiful journey home to be with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on April 15, 2014.

Jim grew up in Bayville and as a young man worked for his father's company, Fisher Brothers Sand and Gravel, as a heavy equipment operator. Jim also worked at S.B.A. in Beachwood as a heavy equipment operator for many years until retiring. Jim enjoyed sitting on the back porch with Kathy and his best friend Jake his dog.

Jim is predeceased by his parents John and Eleanor and his son Eugene Sr., along with his former wife Lorraine Szorosy Hendricks on 4/7/2014. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his fiancé Kathleen Fernett and her two children. His sons James Jr. (Maryellen), Scott P. and Christian D. (Kim). Known as Pop Pop Loader to his 12 Grandchildren and 1 Great Granddaughter. Brothers John P. Jr., Wayne (Georgia), Thomas (Gail) and Ronald L.. Sisters Nancy Jordan (Fred), Deborah Merriman (Lloyd), and a host of nieces and nephews, family and friends.

Visiting hours will be from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Monday, April 21, 2014 at Mastapeter Funeral Home, 270 Atlantic City Blvd, Bayville. Jim was a good man and did his best and will be dearly missed.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to the family would be greatly appreciated. Contributions may be sent to Nancy Jordan, 304 Eastern Blvd. Bayville N.J. 08721. We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you in advance to all those who have contributed and who continue to contribute. Cremation Services will be private, Memorial Services will be held in the near future.
