“A D.A.D for Deven”

My Name is Deven. I’m 12 years old and I have Type 1 Diabetes:

I need a “Diabetes Alert Dog “to help save my life!! Since I have Hypoglycemia Unawareness!

Thanks to the efforts and generosity of Chris Burris, owner of the Forked River House in Forked River, Robert Taurosa owner of PRM Auto Sales in Bayville and Bayville’s Mayor Mr. Carmen Amoto. We are having a Fundraiser for Deven at The Forked River House to help him obtain the D.A.D dog he needs to protect his life.

Tickets for the event can be purchased at RPM Auto Sales at 980 Route 9 in Bayville or at The Forked River House. Tickets for the event are $20 per person.

This event will have a live D.J., awesome food and cash bar; besides a great time, our big event will be a Chinese auction with amazing prizes! You could even leave with a brand new motorized scooter.

Please come and help an amazing kid obtain his Miracle Buddy.!!! Let's get this done for Deven!

Until there is a Cure ...There is a Dog!

The thought of being able to sleep and not having to fear about waking up! Priceless!!
