The northeast winds are battering Bayville early this evening, but if conditions in Good Luck Point so far are an indicator, roads in the area are in good shape.
The strong winds are thrashing the phragmites and goldenrod and churning up Barnegat Bay.
But so far, except for some puddling in this vulnerable section of Bayville, the roads are clear.
That may not be the case later, as the storm continues.
