Gov. Christie is scheduled to stop at the Seaside Park Borough Hall today to discuss road improvements along Route 35.
According to the Governor's press schedule, the stop is meant to serve as a groundbreaking ceremony for Route 35 reconstruction.
The first stage of the project will likely include Bay Head and Mantoloking, the second phase will include Lavallette, Toms River and Brick and the last section will be through Seaside Heights, Seaside Park and Berkeley to Island Beach State Park.
It is scheduled for 3 p.m. today.
