M. Peryl King Distinguished Alumni Award Recipients Honored

On November 30, 2013, the Central Regional Alumni Association hosted the M. Peryl King Distinguished Alumni Awards Banquet at the Captain’s Inn, Forked River.  Six Central Regional graduates and three former teachers were honored at the event.

The award is named for M. Peryl King, a dedicated Central Regional teacher, district board of education member, and community leader who has left a legacy of fine culture and educational excellence to the district.

The individuals deserving of this distinguished award are Central graduates that proved their success as individuals and demonstrate outstanding personal qualities.  The awards purpose is to encourage our current student body to strive to achieve their own personal successes after high school and to embrace a sense of community pride and school spirit in our alma mater.
