Berkeley School Officials Ready For Opening Day On Thursday

Students who attend the Berkeley Township Elementary School In Bayville will be waking up a little earlier tomorrow for the first day of school.

The opening bell in the BTES school will ring at 7:25 a.m. and again at 1:50 p.m., according to numbers provided by Superintendent James D. Roselli. The BTES has 578 students enrolled.

"Our enrollment is increasing," Roselli said. "We are ready to roll."

• Hours for the Bayville School will run from 8:40 a.m. to 3:05 p.m. The Bayville School has 409 students enrolled so far.

• The school day for H & M Potter students starts at 9:20 a.m. and ends at 3:45 p.m. H & M Potter has 503 students enrolled.

• Students in the Clara B. Worth School will begin their day at 8:05 a.m. and finish up at 2:30 p.m. The Clara B. Worth School has the largest enrollment numbers so far at 615 students.
