A Trip Through New Jersey Rock And Roll History At Berkeley Library Thursday

Registration is required

Have you ever wondered where artists like Bruce Springsteen and Jon Bon Jovi got their start at the Shore? Did you know where almost every major artist of the 1960s and 1970s played shows in Asbury Park?

Do you know where Bruce Springsteen recorded his very first record? (hint: it was in Ocean County).

Authors and tour guides Stan Goldstein and Jean Mikle can answer these questions and more at their Rock & Roll Tour of the Jersey Shore multi-media presentation at 7 p.m. on Thursday at the Berkeley branch of the Ocean County Library at 30 Station Road in Bayville.

The authors and tour guides will use slides and video to supplement their fun, informative talk about the Shore’s musical history.

Please register online at www.theoceancountylibrary.org or call 732-269-2144.
