Bayville First Aid Squad's Popular Meatball Sub Sale On Tap For Tuesday
Walk-ins welcome, orders can also be called in
The Bayville First Aid Squad Auxiliary will hold a meatball sub sale from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the squad building on the corner of Route 9 and Station Road in Bayville on Tuesday.
The popular event is held several times a year as a fundraiser for the all-volunteer squad.
The subs - which cost $3.50 each - can be purchased and eaten at the squad building, picked up or delivered. Anyone who wants to place an early order should call 732-269-1313, said squad member Pat Sperber.
"You can call in or walk in," Sperber said. "We have lots of orders already," she said Monday night.
The auxiliary holds the event on a weekday so customers from local schools and businesses can take advantage of the sale, she said.
