Expect cooler, drier weather today, thanks to a cold front that moved in after yesterday's rain.

Today - The National Weather Service is calling for mostly sunny skies with a high near 70 degrees. Winds will be from the northeast at 14 miles per hour.

Tonight - Partly cloudy, with a low near 52 degrees. Winds will be from the northeast at 13 to 15 miles per hour.

Wednesday - Partly sunny with a high near 65 degrees. Winds will be from the northeast at 16 to 18 miles per hour.

Things to Do:

New Jersey Hope and Healing Listening Station, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Berkeley branch of the Ocean County Library, 30 Station Road, Bayville.

• Take a hike down the sugar sand paths of Double Trouble State Park
and enjoy the October woods.
