Tonight - Partly cloudy, with a low near 31 degrees. Winds will be from the northeast at 6 miles per hour.
Thursday - Mostly sunny, with a high near 49 degrees. Winds will switch to the southeast at 6 miles per hour.
Things to do:
• Parent Visitation Day, Berkeley Township School District. The times for the four elementary schools are: Bayville School: 9:00 a.m.- 2:15 p.m.; Berkeley Township Elementary School - 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.; Clara B. Worth School, 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.; H & M Potter School, 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• Ocean County Board of Freeholders, 4 p.m., regular meeting in Room 119, Ocean County Administration Building, 101 Hooper Avenue, Toms River.
