The Morning Call for November 15, 2013


The National Weather Service is predicting a warming trend over the next few days, followed by colder weather later next week.

Today - Mostly sunny with a high near 59 degrees. Winds will switch to the southwest at 8 to 13 miles per hour.

Tonight - Mostly cloudy with a low near 44 degrees. Winds will be from the southwest at 5 to 8 miles per hour.

Saturday - Partly sunny with a high near 59 degrees. Winds will be light and variable before switching to the northwest at 5 miles per hour in the afternoon.

Things to Do:

Head on over to Central Regional High School Saturday or Sunday, when the Drama Club presents "Into the Woods" in the high school auditorium. Saturday's performance is at 6:30 p.m. Sunday's matinee is at 2 p.m. Tickets are $8 for adults, $5 for students and senior citizens.

The Historic Double Trouble State Park Village and the cranberry bogs are slowly falling into disrepair. How will several years of no real harvest affect the cranberry bogs?
