DESCRIPTION:Georgian Court University will host its first Wellness Expo S
 aturday\, May 12 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the school&rsquo\;s historic 
 main campus in Lakewood. The event is free and open to the public.From N
 ative American healing traditions to natural techniques intended to help
  people &ldquo\;de-stress\, rebalance\, and re-energize\,&rdquo\; the ex
 po features a full day of presentations\, including yoga classes for adu
 lts and youngsters\, lessons for healthy living\, hand massage demonstra
 tions\, tips on aging\, boot camp training and more. A toy drive to bene
 fit Specialized Children&rsquo\;s Hospital in Toms River is also planned
 .Attendees at the expo will hear from more than 50 exhibitors and guest 
 speakers. Confirmed guests include wellness experts in acupuncture\, chi
 ropractic\, massage therapy\, weight loss\, organic foods\, finance and 
 many other fields. The event includes giveaways\, and participants may b
 e eligible to win free massages\, distance healing sessions\, gift certi
 ficates\, jewelry\, gym memberships\, and yoga studio memberships.&ldquo
 \;It really is for all ages to explore the various dimensions of wellnes
 s\,&rdquo\; says Sachiko Komagata\, Ph.D.\, director of GCU&rsquo\;s hol
 istic health graduate program. Graduate student Tracey Saliski&mdash\;wh
 o earned a B.S. in exercise science from Georgian Court in 2010 and will
  soon graduate with a master&rsquo\;s degree in holistic health studies&
 mdash\;worked closely with Dr. Komagata to plan the event.&ldquo\;I saw 
 bringing health-conscious people to the Georgian Court University campus
 \, a place where one can focus on mind\, body\, and spirit\, as a perfec
 t fit for the expo\,&rdquo\; says Ms. Saliski\, who also serves as a gra
 duate assistant for campus wellness. &ldquo\;We will have a wide variety
  of talent and experience at the event\, and I&rsquo\;m sure there will
