Spiritual Journey Wellness Center Yoga & Zumba is a fitness studio located in Bay Village plaza, near Yesterdays Restaurant. The center holds more than 30 yoga and zumba classes a week, for beginners and advanced students, and has instructors who are certified in both specialities. Classes held include power flow, vinyasa, post-natal, moderate flow yoga, core yoga, pre-natal, power hour, beginner yoga, hot yoga, Iyengar-inspired flow, restorative yoga, Zumba and slow flow. The company also offers private instruction, either on location or in the studio, and services for kids birthdays, adult yoga gatherings or Zumba parties.
