You will move around the room at different stations doing partner and sports drills, cardio and plyometric exercises. Boot Camp with Tara will work your body from head to toe!

Four Seasons Ballroom Dance Studio is a large dance studio offering ballroom dance classes. It offers classes for all dance levels from beginner to seasoned veteran dancers. It offers classes and music consultation for wedding reception dances and packages are available for 6 or 12 private lessons. A schedule of classes is available to view on the calendar on the website. Classes are offered for the thriller dance, zumba, rumba, kids classes, swing, salsa, samba, merengue, Viennese waltz, foxtrot and more. The studio also offers party and private events including the annual Disco Ball Party and dance socials.
