NJ has free early intervention for children under 3 with autism ........... POAC in Brick can help big time all free...if over 3 ...private or public school must take them...Been down that road..son now 22 I moved to Bayville in 1992 and their was nothing, well I worked to get the ball rolling..Bayville School District has a great program...and having my son in district was the best thing I did for him.

EI now makes families pay for a portion of the services if their income is above a certain $ amount. They also provide a limited amount ofhours so some people opt to go private services which costs money.
