Nine Arrested In Marijuana Bust In Bayville

County, Berkeley police conducted raids on Butler Boulevard and Holly Boulevard houses

Detectives from the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office and Berkeley police arrested 10 township residents in a recent night raid at a two Bayville homes.

The raids took place on July 2, after search warrants were obtained for 21 Butler Boulevard and 518 Holly Boulevard, Ocean County Prosecutor Marlene Lynch Ford said.

Police seized a total of 14 bags of marijuana, one marijuana plant, a digital scale, packaging material, smoking devices and assorted paraphernalia associated with the marijuana, she said.

The investigation is continuing, Ford said.

The following individuals were arrested, charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia and released on summonses:

George Miller, 18,  21 Butler Boulevard. 

Kimberly Williams, 20, 21 Butler Boulevard.

Richard Wahlers, 20, 21 Butler Boulevard.

Raymond Barilo, 18, 21 Butler Boulevard.

Eugene Fisher, 18, 21 Butler Boulevard.

Stephen Jost, 20, 21 Butler Boulevard.

Joseph Michnisky, 20, 92 Moorage Avenue.

Amber Nichols, 20, 23 Esplanade Way.

David Hogan, 31, 4B Ardsley Avenue, Whiting.

Members of the Ocean County Northern Regional SWAT Team, the Berkeley Township Police Department Detective Bureau, Patrol Division, and the Ocean County Sheriffs Department K-9 Unit also assisted in search warrants and the raids.
