The weather:  Folks, we won't be seeing the sun until Saturday. The National Weather Service is predicting cloudy skies today with a high near 77 degrees. There's a chance of showers, mainly after noon. Winds will be from the east at 6 to 8 miles. Tonight will be cloudy with a chance of showers and thunderstorms before midnight. Expect a low around 60 degrees and southerly winds betwee 4 to 7 miles per hour, gradually becoming calm. Outlook for Thursday is more of the same.

Things to do: Berkeley Township Board of Adjustment, Town Hall, 627 Pinewald-Keswick Road. The board will consider "The Cove On The Toms River At Berkeley." The developer is seeking a number of variances to construct 19 single-family homes, a parking lot, 44 boat slips, 44 Jet-Ski slips and a store on the old Santo Marina property on Williams Street.
